Whilst studying for a degree in Marketing, Media and Design, Rob tailored his course around web design and how to use it as an effective marketing tool. His final year dissertation was dedicated to accessibility and how you can use the web not only to fulfil the needs of user groups but actually to target them.

After qualifying Rob worked at a London based technical web consultancy, working on major brands such as Fortnum & Mason and Pfizer. He then freelanced before becoming a valuable member of the team at Add.

Lawrence Everard

Alison is the founder and director of the Add Agency.

Alison’s skills lie in strategic planning and project management. She quickly understands the dynamics of each market to develop effective campaigns, delivered on time and on budget.
